If the portal is slow just after a large result publishes, that is load, not failure. Wait rather than refreshing repeatedly.

Back papers: the thing to act on immediately

If you have not cleared a paper, the university's back-paper or improvement route is what keeps you moving with your batch. The rules that matter are procedural, and every one of them is time-bound:

• The fee and where it is paid.
• Whether the back paper is held with the next regular examination or on its own schedule.
