Karnataka is unusual: instead of one supplementary attempt, KSEAB runs three SSLC exams in the same year — Exam-1 in April, Exam-2 in June and Exam-3 in August. Your best performance counts, so students use the later attempts both to clear failed subjects and to raise marks.

Around 1.5–2 lakh students sit Exam-2, making each of these a genuine result-day event rather than a small mop-up.
