MCC counselling is where a NEET UG rank turns into an actual college seat. It covers the 15% All India Quota plus deemed/central universities, AIIMS and JIPMER.

It runs in multiple rounds (Round 1, Round 2, mop-up, stray vacancy), each with its own seat allotment result — so this is a recurring, weeks-long sequence rather than a single result day.

State quota seats (85%) are handled separately by each state's own counselling authority.
