AWES OST is the annual common screening test for teaching posts across the 130+ Army Public Schools nationwide, conducted by the Army Welfare Education Society.

The exam typically runs in September with results in October. Qualifying earns a Score Card; individual schools then run their own interview and teaching-skill rounds.
