JAIIB (Junior Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers) is IIBF's flagship certification for serving bank employees. Clearing it earns professional recognition and, in most public-sector banks, an increment — which is why lakhs of bankers sit it each cycle.
How often is JAIIB held and what are the passing marks?
JAIIB is conducted twice a year (typically May–June and November–December). Candidates generally need 50% in each paper, or 45% in each with a 50% aggregate, as specified by IIBF for that cycle.
